I'm not sure of the actress' type, but the behavior patterns — though exaggerated — are right on.

Full of himself; can't seem to get enough attention. Roguish and lewd (has used explicit pictures of himself for marketing purposes). Materialistic and consumption oriented and known for his promiscuity. Insecure about himself and his credibility as a serious artist in the music community. Provides energizing, entertaining performances and is a crowd-pleaser.

It's hard to explain my motives. Based on what i've known of him
trough the years, watching his concerts, music videos, TV appearances.
Something i remember he said in an interview, he was quite shy when younger, and used to tell jokes to overcome his shyness.
It's hard to believe that a SEE is shy, at least my perception on this type.
Here is a poem that Robbie wrote.
Possibly, it offers an insight on the inner world and personal experiences.
And i supposed SEE's would be more care-free on human relations?
Also, ESI's often seem cold and arrogant, which is what Robbie describes that he often comes off like that.
In conclusion Robbie, is clearly a  dominant type to me, too much aware and preoccupied on how people relate to him, what are the psychological distances that characterize human relations.
At least, how i interpret that poem.
I don't think Robbie Williams is at all shy today. Shyness in childhood doesn't seem to be related to type. In spite of the other points you make, I see Williams as a sort of Elvis figure who is focused more on consumption (especially of women) and making an impression on people than on his relationships with others, and who is insecure of himself because of personal problems (especially a lack of self-control and order in his life).

Tom Jones is a born entertainer and showman who likes to make light-hearted, sexy, and energizing music that is easy to understand and makes people feel good.
At one point Tom Jones became friends with Elvis Presley, also an SEE (see above), and the two gave each other encouragement in their work over the years. Jones says of Elvis:
"He wanted to sing in Las Vegas, so he felt that I was the closest thing to him; I had a similar approach. My stage presence, he felt, was very similar to his. So he said to me, "You were very successful in Vegas, I want to watch you, I want to see what you do". And then it gave him more confidence to make a comeback." (source)
